Another Worker Falls with his "lock by his side" -
A report in the Salt Lake Tribune says that a veteran Geneva Steel worker was crushed to death on Thursday, August 17, 2000, under 17 tons of iron-ore pellets.

According to the report, the scale car that carries the iron-ore pellets was not locked out and de-energized. He was working inside a "skip-car" that was stationed below the scale car.

You LOCK your doors at home to protect your family from harm, locking out a machine at work also protects your family from harm - the harm of having to deal with the loss of a mother, father, sister or brother; the harm of profound grief and suffering; the harm of endless financial hardship!

DO YOU REALLY WANT TO PUT YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THIS TYPE OF HARDSHIP?
I thought not!
LOCK IT OUT!
Lockout and Live!
