Another Worker Falls with his "lock by his side" -
A report in the Salt Lake Tribune says that a veteran Geneva Steel worker was crushed to death under 17 tons of iron-ore pellets.
According to the report, the scale car that carries the iron-ore pellets was not locked out and de-energized. He was working inside a "skip-car" that was stationed below the scale car. |
